Roksanda Ilincic was born in Belgrade she is a Serbian fashion designer based in London and studied architecture and design at the Faculty of Applied Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade, before coming to study at Central Saint Martins in London in 1999, where she graduated with an MA in Women's wear.
She has her eponymous label, first showing at London Fashion Week in 2003; the range includes day and evening dresses, hand bags and swimwear. Ilincic is known for bold use of colour, luxurious fabrics and clean, elegant lines
She has also produced diffusion lines for high street stores Whistles and Debenhams.
In July 2012, she launched a new children's wear line, 'Blossom', inspired in part by her daughter, Efimia.
In the run-up to the London 2012 Olympics, she was one of a number of designers who created a tee-shirt to raise funds for the Evening Standard’s 'Dispossessed Fund.
